Upgrade is Free of Charge for Existing GX3 Customers with Standard Software Maintenance Program
World Software Corporation® announces today the addition of the Category Meta Tag function to their award-winning document management system (DMS), Worldox GX3. Users can now add personalized tag fields to more easily identify and categorize their documents. All GX3 customers will receive this upgrade free of charge with their standard software maintenance program.
The Worldox GX3 Category Meta tags can be unique per user or per case, or can also be made global for the whole firm to utilize. Users can simply click a filed document and add one or more categories using ad-hoc personalized tag fields to better refine their work products. They also have the option of applying custom icons so they can quickly identify assigned categories within their Worldox file lists.
