Ward holds CIPP, IGP, CFE, and CEDS credentials and is an active ILTA member. Specializing in the Microsoft tech stack, including Azure and Purview, he has deep experience working with generative AI-powered tools across DMS solutions, eDiscovery platforms, and information governance.
