Onna Partners with Infinia ML, Extending Platform Capabilities to Power Custom Use Cases

Onna, the knowledge discovery leader, today announced a partnership with Infinia ML, a provider of intelligent document processing and insight solutions.

The partnership will combine centralized unstructured data in Onna with Infinia ML’s machine learning technology, enhancing customers’ ability to discover knowledge siloed in their collaboration, communication, and content applications. This will unlock new capabilities to solve custom business challenges, from contract classification and personally identifiable information (PII) detection, to sentiment trend analysis, entity extraction, and more. 

This partnership is the latest example of Onna’s platform strategy, which extends its capabilities by allowing technology partners to integrate with Onna and build new workflows or applications on top of its software. 

Embedding Infinia ML’s powerful machine learning within Onna’s Knowledge Integration Platform automates customers’ ability to discover, classify, and analyze their fragmented information. With connectors to more than 30 of the most popular workplace applications, including Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Zoom, Onna’s platform provides a robust and centralized data pipeline – more than a petabyte of data across customers – that Infinia ML can process in seconds to uncover valuable business knowledge. 

The initial phase of the partnership will enable Onna to deliver new contract discovery capabilities, giving customers a faster and more cost-effective way to discover, collect, and intelligently process large volumes of contracts from multiple sources in one place. 

Whether customers are adopting a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool, have a need to find contracts across multiple CLM tools or repositories, or are managing rapid turnaround requirements related to corporate transactions or regulatory events, understanding and organizing contract data is critical. Purpose-built machine learning from Infinia ML classifies contracts using intelligent document processing to quickly understand contract type, executed versus draft agreements, jurisdiction, renewal terms, commercial value, parent-child relationships, and more. Rapid search in Onna allows IT, legal, and corporate development teams to accurately pinpoint the information they need.
