Thomson Reuters Elite, part of the Legal Professionals division of Thomson Reuters, today announced the release of ProLaw® 2020.1.
The newest release offers several enhancements, many that are a direct result of customers’ requests, that will make it easier to use ProLaw while saving time and money.
ProLaw 2020.1 offers more connections, including a new API that allows users to easily add contact and matter information to ProLaw from third-party products. Data Portal enhancements provide a user-friendly interface that allows users to map contact and matter data and import it directly into ProLaw. In addition, Paperless Proforma™ enhancements give users the ability to move transactions to other matters when editing a proforma. Finally, additional usability enhancements include improvements to recurring journal entries, event notes, and online help.
Coinciding with the 2020.1 release are updates to ProLaw Workspace (formerly ProLaw Portal). Set to release in late July, ProLaw Workspace has been redesigned with a smoother workflow that’s more user-friendly, modern, and intuitive. The refreshed layout is created for the way attorneys work, allowing users to complete tasks more efficiently and with fewer clicks of the mouse.
