Thomson Reuters Elite, part of the Legal Professionals division of Thomson Reuters, today announced the release of ProLaw® 2019.1. Headlining the newest version is improved integration with eBillingHub® that will make it easier for firms to electronically bill their clients.
In addition, ProLaw 2019.1 includes a new events API, a new Biller role, and Pro Filing updates, all designed to help save time by improving a firm’s workflow.
The improved integration with eBillingHub allows users to send client invoices from ProLaw directly to eBillingHub and check the invoice status right in the ProLaw ledger module. The smoother process will help firms save time and reduce billing errors.
The new API for events integrates with ProLaw to enable firms to create documents, dockets, and notes directly through the API, making those events visible in all ProLaw products. Additional enhancements include a new Biller role that allows the printing of statements from a released proforma; and updates to Pro Filing offer customization options to help improve efficiency and save time. For example, users can now save documents directly from native applications, including Word, Outlook®, Excel®, and Adobe®, into ProLaw.
