DocSolid Announces Scanback® to iManage at ConnectLive

DocSolid, the leader in document scanning, printing and shredding solutions for legal document management systems, today unveiled Postmark Scanback, a simple, universal way to scan paper documents to iManage.

DocSolid will show the solution at this year’s iManage ConnectLive user conference in New York. As with all of DocSolid's iManage-integrated solutions, Scanback is Work10 optimized.

Postmark Scanback joins DocSolid's suite of solutions for the Paper2Digital transformation of a legal practice. Scanback's breakthrough simplicity of workflow uses any MFP, scanner or copier without integration to the device, making scanning easy to use, deploy and manage in a legal enterprise.

Broad adoption of scanning is critical to building a fully digital matter file in an iManage enterprise. Advantages of Scanback over conventional MFD-embedded scan to email systems are significant:

• Easy for users: one-button scanning, scan stacks, no logins or typing at the device, clerical staff can do the scanning and QC

Scanback works as a standalone enterprise utility for capturing inbound paper or in conjunction with DocSolid's Postmark Scan solution for structured scanning, QC and shredding.
