Relativity Announces the Release of Relativity Trace--a New App for Proactive Risk Management and Compliance

Relativity today announced the launch of Relativity Trace, an application built on the Relativity platform that helps businesses operating in highly regulated industries to proactively monitor internal communications and flag the highest-risk content for further review.

Organizations can detect and act on suspicious activity, including insider trading, collusion, improper investment management practices, bribery, and other high-risk scenarios.

Trace comes at a crucial time for industries like banking, investment management, and pharmaceuticals. Since 2008, banks have paid over $320 billion in fines for preventable issues like market abuse and money laundering. With Trace, these groups will be able to effectively identify and help eliminate this behavior within their organization, stopping problems before they become larger issues.

Trace can automatically ingest all forms of communication from your systems, including email, audio, and chat. As it does, Trace uses rules and criteria determined by your organization to flag the most relevant data—immediately alerting your risk management and compliance teams to what needs further evaluation. You can then leverage Relativity to move from alert to investigation and all the way through the full lifecycle for e-discovery in a single system.
