Mitratech released the next version of TeamConnect at Interact, the company’s customer-focused annual event in Austin.
The latest version of the award-winning ELM platform now includes:
Today, TeamConnect integrates with TAP Workflow Automation and redefines every aspect of data analytics and reporting through the TeamConnect Business Intelligence (BI) module.
With the addition of the TAP Workflow Automation Platform recently acquired in April, Mitratech’s TeamConnect platform can now bring people, processes, and information together like never before, by leveraging TAP’s easy-to-use workflow automation engine to extend TeamConnect’s reach across the entire enterprise. TAP was designed to accelerate Legal Operations, replacing inefficient manual workflows with automated processes. When paired with TeamConnect, legal departments can now securely extend legal best practices and compliance into processes throughout the enterprise. Zero code integration between TeamConnect and TAP increases organizational agility, visibility and collaboration, and delivers high ROI with rapid Time-to-Value (T2V).
“Corporate legal departments are continually striving to increase collaboration with the rest of the enterprise, and technology that securely and rapidly extends legal operations and services is integral to meeting that goal,” said Jason Parkman, Mitratech CEO. “That’s why we acquired ThinkSmart and the TAP Workflow Automation platform in April. Today, our clients can use TAP to extend the power and security of TeamConnect to the rest of the organization, creating tremendous efficiencies by automating anything.”
TeamConnect Business Intelligence redefines data analytics and reporting for legal operations, with a focus on fast data preparation, interactive dashboards, advanced functionality and intuitive design.
Users are able to consume, analyze, visualize and interact with data through a user-friendly interface that provides detailed views relevant to the needs and preferences of each person or role. By providing the visibility and measurement to show the progress and effectiveness of chosen strategies in reaching department goals, the entire team can utilize data within the decision making process.
In addition to these latest developments, deeper integration with MS Office allows legal staff to manage matters from the applications that they use the most, such as MS Outlook, to seamlessly upload emails and attachments, saving time and ensuring matter records are complete.
The latest version of TeamConnect will be available on Oct. 1.
