Wilson Legal Solutions, a leading provider of software and services that help professional services organizations improve business performance, and Stanton Allen, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) and business development consultancy, today announced the formation of a services partnership with Introhive, a leader in relationship intelligence and CRM automation for professional services firms. Wilson Legal Solutions and Stanton Allen Ltd. are in the process of finalizing a merger announced in May 2018.
Introhive’s CRM automation and relationship insights platform bridges the information gap between disparate business systems like email and CRM to identify “who knows who” across the firm. Professional services firms today are also leveraging Introhive’s automation capabilities to improve team productivity, data accuracy, and completeness of information in CRM to drive greater business development and marketing impact.
Wilson will provide professional and technical consulting services to support the use of the platform. In addition, Wilson’s software development team will build solutions to integrate the platform with additional applications and data sources to enable a holistic view of client relationships.
"Many of our clients are turning to Introhive to help fix their business development and marketing technology challenges,” explains Adam Draper, Vice President at Introhive. “Firms are getting smarter in how they deploy technology and realize that integrating data sets and systems not only helps to maximize their investments, but also enables business transformation. That’s why Introhive is so excited to partner with Wilson Legal Solutions and Stanton Allen. Our partnership is positioned to enable our joint clients to bring various data sets together into a digestible format for faster insights and better decision making.”
Michael Warren, founder of Stanton Allen adds, “In professional services firms today, there’s an imperative to professionalize the business development effort. Firms have to be more strategic in their business development initiatives – and re-invigorating their CRM efforts is key to doing so. It can no longer be a siloed effort. Finance, IT, and risk management need to work together with business development and the professionals to ensure that the right business is being won – and platforms like Introhive enable firms to do this quite well.”
Norm Mullock, VP of strategy for Wilson Legal Solutions says, “Partnering with Introhive strengthens Wilson’s ongoing initiative to support our customers through a key shift in the professional services industry to focus more on the entire life cycle of client work, beginning with business development. As such, CRM is becoming much more of a multidisciplinary effort requiring data from more sources to provide insight into clients, targets, and opportunities. Our partnership with Introhive, following our addition of the Stanton Allen team, is positioning us to help the industry make this transition.”
Introhive is seeing this transition in the industry as well. "Our clients are looking for ways to drive simple enablement across the firm, and that isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution,” Draper adds. “In some cases, it’s as easy as driving better system adoption by automating manual activities or running a gap analysis on relationships to drive business development. In other cases, it requires bringing all of the marketing technology systems together into a single insights engine. This proactive delivery of information via our Pre-Meeting Digest will help drive better value and return on technology investments across the entire firm. With Wilson Legal Solutions, we’ll be able to restructure a lot of the data that we use to help solve new business challenges and continue to drive greater success for our clients.”
