NetDocuments announced today that Leonard Johnson will lead NetDocuments global partner community and strategic technology partnerships, Dan Hauck will assume the role of VP of Product and User Experience, and Ian Kujawa will be taking on an expanded role as Director of Corporate Strategic Sales.
The three executive-level moves all come from within NetDocuments’ rich internal talent pool featuring a mix of NetDocuments product expertise and innovation as well as executive leadership and new business growth acumen.
As a veteran of over 20 years at NetDocuments, Leonard brings vast legal industry knowledge and content management expertise to lead NetDocuments strategic partnerships and channel development initiatives across the partner community. Josh Baxter, President of NetDocuments, commented: “NetDocuments’ global partner community and strategic technology relationships are key pieces of our business and absolutely essential for our continued growth and success as a company. Leonard knows NetDocuments and the legal market from the inside out and brings decades of cloud content management expertise that will bolster our partners and better prepare us for future growth.”
As the NetDocuments platform continues to attract leading technology and services companies across the legal ecosystem, Leonard will be able to apply his deep product and industry knowledge to forge and foster these important business relationships. As Senior Vice President, Products & Partnerships, Leonard will also facilitate the transition between products and partnerships and work closely with Dan and Ian to better serve the customer base.
Dan Hauck, former Big Law attorney and CEO of ThreadKM, a legal technology company acquired by NetDocuments in 2017, has spent his entire professional career in the law and legal technology space. He will now transition into Leonard Johnson’s former product role and lead the product innovation and development team as VP of Product and User Experience. Baxter continues: “Usability and the overall user experience are at the core of how we deliver software and innovation to our customers. Dan’s insight and ability to build user-focused technology at ThreadKM will help us continue to deliver the product innovation and amazing end-user experience our customers enjoy and expect from NetDocuments.”
Ian Kujawa, another legal technology veteran, will be taking on the role as Director of Corporate Strategic Sales, with a focus on expanding NetDocuments’ increasing market share in corporate legal and expanding into new industries. Ian will take the lead in pursuing expansion opportunities focused on delivering true value to prospects via the NetDocuments innovative cloud technology platform.
Ian previously managed NetDocuments’ partner channel having established the global partner community as it stands today as well as forging critical technology agreements with key partners.
“In addition to having Ian and his vast leadership and new business experience part of our team, we’re thrilled to have equally talented individuals like Dan and Leonard, and continue to attract top talent as we support our customers and partner communities worldwide.
