Award-winning legaltech company ThreadKM, winner of the 2016 ILTA Innovative Solution Provider of the Year Award, today announced the launch of ThreadBot to perform automated tasks within their collaboration platform.
The chat-based bot can look for specific words or phrases and respond with key information, including links to documents that are stored in the law firm’s document management system.

ThreadKM’s industry-leading, matter-centric collaboration platform allows legal professionals to exchange messages and share ideas using a messaging-style workflow across both desktop and mobile devices. With ThreadBot, an intelligent bot can join the conversation, too. When a user types “sample deal checklist,” for example, Threadbot can suggest an appropriate document, such as a firm’s deal checklist template from the document management system.
