The service, branded RendezVu is a simple ‘in the cloud’ repository for key information needed during a crisis. The three principle elements are a Key Contact Directory, Procedure Documentation and a Message Board. It is designed to be a useful collaborative resource for a firm’s Crisis Management Team and solves the problem of accessing such data from your own unavailable systems or from an out-of-date manual that is somewhere at home.
