Lees Solicitors LLP chooses Eclipse for 6-figure, practice-wide software contract

Progressive, multi-disciplinary law firm, Lees Solicitors LLP, has selected Eclipse’s Proclaim Practice Management software solution.  The practice provides a range of services for private and commercial clients, and employs over 100 staff across its  offices in Merseyside.

Expanding caseloads at Lees Solicitors necessitated the search for a suitable software platform, capable of providing a firm-wide and consistent approach to file progression. The practice is rolling out Eclipse’s Proclaim Case Management system for every member of staff, and is also implementing Proclaim Accounts to provide a complete Practice Management solution.  As part of the project, Eclipse will be carrying out a transfer of data from the incumbent practice management software.

“Given the increasing demands on fee earners to manage files efficiently in the context of significant compliance requirements, we embarked on a search for a fully integrated case management platform which would meet the diverse needs of every practice area within our firm.  Proclaim’s particular appeal was the freedom provided to tailor the system in line with our unique requirements.  We will even be using Proclaim to create workflows for areas of work that have never historically benefited from the efficiency of a ‘case management’ approach.
