Long Distance, Low Carbon selling – the Linetime way!!

The Kelvin Chia Partnership, one of the Far East’s leading commercial law firms, has selected Liberate debt recovery and case management systems from Linetime Limited. The firm is highly-regarded throughout the region and offers a wide range of services to corporate clients via a network of nine offices.

Debt Recovery and Personal Injury modules from Linetime’s Liberate range were selected and will be installed into the firms Singapore headquarters. KCP are Microsoft users and, as Linetime’s products are all designed to operate in this familiar ‘international’ environment, implementation was straightforward.

In addition, Singapore law is based upon the English system meaning that the solution supplied will need only minimal changes to meet local conditions. These will be carried out by KCP staff after training in the use of the integral ‘Designer’ software.

One interesting aspect of this negotiation is that all activities, pre and post-sale, are being handled remotely, using the Internet.

As part of the overall solution data will be exchanged with KCP's Elite accounting system using a Linetime purpose-built interface.
