DocsCorp just announced that Dirkzwager, a top 20 Dutch legal services provider, has replaced Workshare’s PDF, metadata cleaning and document comparison solutions with DocsCorp’s pdfDocs, cleanDocs and compareDocs respectively.
Finnish legal tech startup TrademarkNow has raised €3 million led by Karma Ventures, Balderton Capital, and Montiko. The company also received a €2 million loan from Finnish government agency Finnvera.
