As the use of technology in legal services continues to grow, legal tech company, BRYTER, is committed to ensuring it starts from a place of valuing diversity.
BRYTER is delighted to announce that it is sponsoring and co-organizing the European Women of Legal Tech 2020 Awards which recognizes the impact of women on the digital transformation of the legal industry.
Nominations are now open on the European Women of Legal Tech Awards 2020 website. Women can nominate themselves, or be nominated by others.
Technology is improving business practices across the legal industry. Technology like BRYTER’s no-code tools equip everyone, without requiring any programming skills, to turn know-how and tasks into digital, scalable and interactive applications. And while technology continues to improve processes, it is and will always be only part of a successful business. Good business practice demands diversity. BRYTER’s objective in sponsoring these Awards is to publicly advocate for the success and positive impact of diversity.
“Diversity is at the core of all successful businesses. As Legal Tech fast emerges as a new industry, at BRYTER we are committed to helping make sure it is one which values, encourages and supports diversity right from the outset” says Michael Grupp, CEO & Founder of BRYTER.
From its inception, diversity has been a success factor at BRYTER. Its remote-first strategy, in place pre-Covid-19, enabled the company to build a diverse hiring pipeline attracting people from across the world and fosters a culture which supports people’s personal obligations. Ultimately, this has resulted in an international team with employees from over 15 countries and different backgrounds.
The Awards help share and amplify the success of women across different sectors:
Nominations are open until 9 October 2020 and BRYTER encourages all those in the legal profession to shine a spotlight and celebrate those women who advance, implement and innovate through legal tech. Online voting will take place in September and October, followed by the jury voting. The official awards ceremony will take place in November.
The Awards are sponsored by international law firm Hogan Lovells, legal tech company BRYTER and The European LegalTech Association (ELTA).
