Norway’s highest-ranking Legal 500 firm Wiersholm switches out Adobe Acrobat for pdfDocs

DocsCorp, a leading provider of enterprise productivity solutions, today announced that prominent Norwegian firm Wiersholm has switched to pdfDocs for PDF file editing and bundling. pdfDocs will be deployed firmwide, standardising the firm’s PDF platform by giving everyone access to a powerful all-in-one PDF reader, editor, and bundler. 

Navid Behrouz, Chief Information Officer at Wiersholm, said, “the firm wanted to find a PDF application that was just as powerful as Adobe Acrobat, but cost-effective enough to be rolled out to hundreds of users. Firms in Norway must provide documents to the Courts in PDF format, so a powerful, all-in-one PDF file editor and bundler were critical. True redaction capabilities that burn out text rather than merely masking it and integration with Microsoft Office and its legal practice management system were also significant factors in the firm’s decision to purchase. Wiersholm also purchased pdfDocs eLearning licenses to ensure new users would be able to get up to speed quickly and easily.
