DTI Completes Acquisition of Adept

DTI, a global legal process outsourcing (LPO) company providing eDiscovery, management services, litigation support and court reporting services, announced today that it has finalised the acquisition of Adept STS Ltd.

Adept is the largest transcription company in New Zealand and holds large contracts with several government entities and law enforcement agencies. Adept offers its clients unmatched confidentiality and data protection through its highly secure transcription facility.

Evelyn Barr, founder and director of Adept will remain with DTI as the senior transcription manager. “I am pleased that we are able to give our employees the opportunity to join an organisation with global scale such as DTI”, said Barr. “Our clients will benefit from a wider range of solutions and expertise that are difficult for a small organisation to offer.”
