Leading Australian technology firm and legal solutions provider GlobalX Legal Solutions (GlobalX) has today released the 2014/15 schedule of training courses for Open Practice, the market leading practice management software for law firms across Australia.
GlobalX regularly conducts training courses ensuring all Open Practice customers have access to a plethora of product knowledge in order to optimise productivity and skills to achieve best practice.
The half day courses are available online, or onsite and are delivered by a certified Open Practice Trainer to meet the needs of all users, beginners to advanced.
Open Practice Manager, Tina Shergold said GlobalX was excited to release the new training schedule and provide courses that will optimise productivity and skills for all users to achieve best practice.
“It is extremely important all our Open Practice customers are equipped with valuable product knowledge so that they can maximise the power of their software investment,” Ms Shergold said.
Open Practice currently supports over 7,400 legal professionals across 500 firms nationally; the latest version release is the most advanced on the market and creates greater workflow solutions for legal practitioners.
Ms Shergold said the new features of version 8 leveraged web technology and were aimed at providing clients the full picture. It includes a centralised integrated search tool, which meant lawyers could search for a client, a matter, or a program, in one click from the one central portal.
Open Practice 8 provides real-time information and services, allowing firms to manage the entire legal process from the one central desktop including matters, documents, times, billing, fees, client relationship management, search, conveyancing and financials.
The company has committed more than $2.5 million into future proofing of the software to ensure it remained relevant and market leading.
