Neota Logic announced today Australian-based family law firm, Farrar Gesini Dunn, has launched ‘Modern Divorce’, a suite of online products to revolutionise the legal divorce process built in the Neota platform.

Modern Divorce offers clients clear and concise online legal advice, at a lower cost and with a faster turnaround than regular brick and mortar law firms, without the need for appointments during the day.

• Free tailored information – an application built in the Neota platform that asks users a series of questions through an online form that provides clients tailored information about family law in less than 30 seconds.
• Comprehensive family law advice – an application built in the Neota platform that takes users through a series of comprehensive questions covering parenting and property, as well as extra questions the client may have. The form takes 15 minutes to complete and the client receives a 5 – 10 page letter of advice within 72 hours, which has been reviewed by an experienced family lawyer from Farrar Gesini Dunn based on the answers they receive through the app.
• Wills – the website offers Free Wills and Bespoke Wills & Estate Planning services. To create a free will, the user fills out a form that takes 5 minutes to complete and receives their tailored Will immediately upon completion. 

For clients with more complex problems or for those who prefer to speak to a lawyer, Modern Divorce also offers bespoke legal advice through ‘instant lawyers’ via video conference or calls.
