International law firm Trowers & Hamlins is simplifying and streamlining its electronic matter management by consolidating and upgrading its HP WorkSite DMS. Phoenix Business Solutions is pleased to have helped successfully deliver the critical first phase of the project, which also included the implementation of archiving closed matter content aligned to the firm’s practice management system.
With more than 120 partners and approximately 700 employees, Trowers & Hamlins maintains nine offices throughout the UK, Middle East, and Far East and undertakes work across the globe. The firm is always looking to improve service delivery, and the efficiency of its lawyers and teams is crucial. The firm engaged Phoenix to help upgrade its environment to WorkSite 9 and rationalise its numerous separate databases to better enable its lawyers’ ability to collaborate across all of the firm’s offices. Phoenix also helped implement an information governance plan to archive closed matters as declared in the firm’s practice management system.
