Description: Highly regard law firm are looking to expand their IT and Business Support Division by recruiting an IT Trainer initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role you will provide IT training to fee earners and support staff in either a class room scenario or on an individual basis on all in-house applications and software, assist with the design and development of relevant training course materials and documentation, assist Support Analysts in the group in the provision of applications support to system users, either by telephone or ‘at-desk’ when requested.

You will also Provide an expert level training and support service to users on the firm’s in-house case management application and enforce best practice guidelines.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• Relevant qualifications or other recognised training qualifications would be a plus.
• Previous class room and individual training experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is essential.
• Knowledge or understanding of Windows 2003 or XP, Intranet and Internet applications.
• Previous experience in a legal, or other professional services, environment is preferable but not essential.
