Legal Industry Veteran Colleen Freeman Joins Document Technologies

(DTI), the nation’s largest independent provider of comprehensive discovery and onsite facilities management services, is pleased to announce that attorney and legal support services industry veteran Colleen Freeman has joined the company as a senior manager of client services for DTI’s Boston office. In this newly created role, Ms. Freeman is responsible for leading DTI’s effort to expand its market share in the Northeast e-discovery and litigation consulting market.

Ms. Freeman is the latest addition to that team of experts, bringing to DTI a unique background that includes experience as a practicing attorney and having worked for leading national electronic discovery and trial support service providers in the Boston legal market. Ms. Freeman is highly skilled at consulting with AmLaw 100 firms and corporate legal departments to develop customized workflow solutions required for managing complex cases. With a deep understanding of the litigation process and demonstrated sales leadership ability, she will help position DTI for continued success as a leading discovery services provider in the Boston marketplace.
Colleen Freeman received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002. Upon completing her judicial clerkship, she practiced at the Boston-based civil litigation firm Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Boston and New York chapters of Women in e-Discovery. Freeman is also active in a number of charitable endeavors which include serving as a board member for several non-profit organizations in the Boston area.
