Phoenix Business Solutions announces the release of WorkSpace Control 4.1. WorkSpace Control provides scalable, efficient, automated management of workspace administrative tasks in iManage. As the core component of the Phoenix Management Suite for iManage, WorkSpace Control 4.1 new features include: real-time job monitoring; archiving; and, security self-services.
Phoenix will exhibit and provide live demonstrations of WorkSpace Control 4.1 in addition to their comprehensive suite of software solutions at ILTACON, Las Vegas, Caesars Palace Aug. 30 – Sept. 3, booth #405.
Workspace Control is designed for functionality, simplicity, and scalability to efficiently manage common administrative tasks – including bulk security edits, profile updates, and folder structures – via a role-based, intuitive web interface. Highly scalable, WorkSpace Control supports any size firm and integrates with all finance and practice management solutions.
Already adopted by numerous clients, from 20 attorney firms to a global top 10 law firm, the newly released WorkSpace Control 4.1 delivers powerful new security features, job monitoring, archiving, and self-service capabilities for the iManage environment. The new job monitoring features give a real time view of all jobs queued by WorkSpace Control and allow users to reprioritize and resubmit jobs at the push of a button.
