MatterView 1.4 includes powerful tasks module
Phoenix Business Solutions announces the release of MatterView 1.4, featuring a powerful new Tasks Module, providing law firms a competitive advantage through highly efficient, real-time management of key, firm-wide matter transactions.
Released in conjunction with ILTACON, Las Vegas at Caesars Palace Aug. 30 – Sept. 3, Phoenix will exhibit and provide live demonstrations of MatterView 1.4 in addition to their comprehensive suite of solutions at booth #405. It will also be the focus of an exclusive Spotlight Solution Session (#SS012) on Wednesday.
Phoenix MatterView provides an ideal platform for implementing matter management, legal project management, and contract management, empowering complete, real time collaboration on matters by embedding information from numerous disparate systems into the familiar iManage interface. The new Tasks Module was conceptualized in partnership with senior partners of an AmLaw100 firm to provide task aggregation and management from a single interface, further empowering law firm stakeholders’ real time view and management of key information of all matters firm-wide.
This new Tasks Module delivers a competitive advantage by embedding reminders and prioritizing and phasing task management and reporting features. Attorneys can utilize personal “to-do” lists and assign tasks to others via the unified interface, all embedded within iManage.
The effectiveness of MatterView’s intuitive matter management capabilities substantively extends existing iManage environments by providing a real-time collaboration space for teams to exchange commentary. It also delivers an environment where partners can access a “rolled-up” view to report on notes across all matters through key features, including:
