Mutual Clients of ProLaw and eBillingHub Benefit from Time-saving e-Billing Automation

Thomson Reuters Elite, part of Thomson Reuters Legal, today announced that ProLaw® can now be directly integrated with the eBillingHub® Web-based electronic billing application.

With this integration, ProLaw and eBillingHub clients are able to validate e-billing entries directly within ProLaw, eliminating the need to generate electronic bills manually and making e-billing an automatic, instant, and less time consuming process.

“The integration provides significant time-saving benefits to clients who use ProLaw to automate their practice management,” said Elisabet Hardy, vice president of Product Management for Elite. “Because e-bills in ProLaw can now be instantly validated prior to finalizing, using eBillingHub’s corporate client billing rules, clients are able to improve their billing efficiency, reduce their risk of rejections, and improve their profitability.”

Through this new integration, clients can perform simple searches in ProLaw for matters that require e-bills. With the click of a mouse, an e-bill can be validated against billing rules before processing it in eBillingHub, where the invoice can be easily generated, submitted, and tracked. Once in eBillingHub, clients can take advantage of the many benefits eBillingHub has to offer, including shortened billing cycles, faster cash flow, reduced write-offs and write-downs, and improved invoice tracking.
