RAVN Manage is an unrivalled tool that manages an organisation’s applications, especially around Search, Document Management and database driven systems and exposes hidden problems allowing organisations to be more efficient in managing critical search and other applications.

RAVN Manage 4 has a refreshed user interface to improve the user experience as well as increased functionality including multizone service support where services can now belong to multiple zone hierarchies and historical data aggregation for preserving KPI data for prolonged periods.

Highlights of RAVN Manage 4

• New User Interface – a refreshed user interface with a more modern look and feel yet navigation remains unchanged to ensure current users can remain efficient in operating the software.
• Multizone per Service Support – Services can now belong to multiple zones. Users can now easily change the zones that services belong to in the zone dual list. This allows the grouping of services in a variety of ways depending on the needs of the organisation. Also, all email profiles attached to a service’s zones will be notified of a change to a KPI state.
• Historical Data Aggregation – KPI value history can be maintained for longer. To minimise data storage and database overheads, data is aggregated over time. Data resolution is reduced over time as the need for detail diminishes.
• Alerting – All zone email profiles as well as the host email profile are notified of a change with the globally default used if no parameters have been set.
