The Phoenix APAC and UK User Groups have been held, and, according to Chris Davis, Director APAC, they were “a complete success.” The APAC user groups were hosted by Bell Gully in Auckland, DLA Piper in Melbourne, and Clayton Utz in Sydney.
The UK user groups were hosted at the Grand Jersey hotel in Jersey and at Reed Smith in London; they provided Phoenix customers the opportunity to hear the latest updates on HP, Phoenix, and other industry news as well as network with fellow Phoenix software users and the Phoenix team. Users heard updates about WorkSite and the latest developments and roadmaps from HP and learned the latest news about Phoenix Workspace Control, which brings some significant new features to Phoenix’s well-adopted workspace lifecycle management suite.
Davis comments, “We were extremely pleased with the success of the user groups. The positive feedback we received was overwhelming, with customers telling us that they found the content both insightful and beneficial. It was great for us to hear the views and opinions from Phoenix’s regular product users as we really value their feedback and it helps drive our roadmaps. We look forward to seeing them return for our user groups next year.”
Following the success of the user groups, Phoenix has high expectations for next year. “We’re already excited for the user groups in 2015,” Mat Crocker, Director of Client Services commented. “We will continue to have lots of exciting product updates and information to share with our customers, and, as usual, we will be eager to hear their thoughts on our existing products. We view the user groups as a chance to really engage with our customers, so we hope to see many of them returning for the 2015 user groups.”
