Xerox Appoints Bill Schiefelbein as Senior Vice President of E-Discovery Consulting Services

Xerox Litigation Services, the electronic discovery division of Xerox, today announced that Bill Schiefelbein has joined the company as senior vice president, e-discovery consulting. Schiefelbein will be responsible for overseeing Xerox Litigation Services’ consulting division, which performs e-discovery, technology, compliance and information governance consulting to corporate and law firm clients.

As part of his responsibilities, Schiefelbein will ensure that Xerox has the appropriate technology capabilities, resource expertise and global presence necessary to meet its customers’ requirements.

Schiefelbein brings 20+ years experience in professional services management, consulting and support services, with deep experience in e-discovery, compliance and information technology. Most recently, Bill was founder and managing director of Shiefelbein Analytics, LLC, which was acquired by TechLaw Solutions, Inc., where he served as COO and managing director of consulting. Previously, Schiefelbein held senior e-discovery leadership roles at Howrey LLP and LECG Corporation, as well as chief information officer positions at Williams & Connolly LLP and Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
