Geoff Zodda

Geoff has been an Executive Recruiter with The Glenmont Group since early in 2005. He focuses within the Legal IT industry, partnering up with AM Law 250 Firms, Professional Service Firms and Corporations to staff their departments.

Geoff considers himself a consultant to all of his clients, as he works hand in hand with them to develop solutions for even their most complex staffing needs. He's had enormous success in placing high impact candidates with AM Law 200 to boutique sized Law Firms, Fortune 500 Corporations, Consulting Firms, Investment Banks, and Legal Technology Software Corporations.

Geoff received his technical certification in Sarbanes-Oxley and has been published on the hiring trends in the Compliance industry. Before starting his recruiting career, Geoff worked for three years with the NBA’s New Jersey Nets in their Basketball Operations Department. Geoff received his B.A. in Business Management from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
