HighQ is pleased to announce that Top50 Dutch law firm Van Benthem & Keulen Advocaten & Notariaat has chosen HighQ Collaborate to provide an innovative new extranet and collaboration platform for its clients. HighQ Collaborate integrates with the inhouse DMS and provides a unique set of capabilities to enable Van Benthem & Keulen to securely exchange documents and information with clients and manage transactions.
Johan Koggink, director at Van Benthem & Keulen comments: “We were looking for a solution to securely share documents and information with our clients. In our evaluation of the right solution we looked at three key criteria. The first being security and reliability, as confidentiality is of critical importance in our line of work. Secondly we wanted to be able to easily provide granular permissions down to each individual. Finally, it was equally important for us the system was user friendly. HighQ Collaborate was pointed out as a possible solution to us by other law firms, who already had good experiences with the platform. After seeing that the platform met all our requirements we decided to implement it too”.
HighQ Collaborate is a cloud-based solution, which removes the need for firms to build and host their own client sites. Van Benthem & Keulen took the solution into production after a successful proof of concept. Koggink: “Securely sharing documents and collaborating on matters with our clients has become very easy. Our client can decide per matter which stakeholder should have access to specific documents. We can now manage all these permissions for our client with ease.” Marcel Ruygvoorn, partner at Van Benthem & Keulen specialising in contracts and liability law works with the new platform on a daily basis. He comments: “HighQ Collaborate offers me a user friendly and flexible platform, where I can securely communicate and easily share information with my clients in one unified space”.
Koggink concludes: “We are really happy with our choice. HighQ provides a great service and responds quickly to our questions and requests”.
