| Description: This working manager will assist in supporting the Help Desk along with managing two individuals. Must be a team player, efficient problem solver, detail oriented, quick learner, and possess great organizational skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Organizing the daily work flow of the Help Desk Sole point of contact for employees and clients regarding IT questions and problems. This should be done in a timely, accurate and courteous manner Assist with software updates Accurately document calls into the Help Desk Tracking Software Provide “after hours” support Observe and report problem trends Experience with the following types of software: TrackIt Microsoft Office Suite LANS and WANS with Microsoft Education and Skills: High School Diploma, College Degree preferred Three years law firm experience in a supervisory position |
