Description: Picture More has been engaged by a leading supplier to the legal industry to find an expert recruit for their technical support and implementations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of desktop support in the IT industry, with knowledge of the Legal industry an advantage. You must be highly knowledgeable in areas such as SQL (writing queries, SSIS/DTS package creation for data import and exporting), .Net technology, Networking, Microsoft Windows OS and also have excellent communication skills along with the ability to deliver top level customer support to clients worldwide. Duties: * Working within the Project team planning new systems implementations * Implement and manage technical installations at new clients * Test and review new products * Upgrade Software & Hardware at existing sites * Train Users & Technical staff on usage & Administration of systems This is a great opportunity to join a technology focussed firm who supply market leading solutions to the legal and professional services industry. |
