Description: A client, a Legal Organisation based in the Liverpool, are in the process of rapidly expanding their IT department due to continued success. As an Organisation they understand how important IT development is in order to help them grow. They currently have a brand new opportunity for a Service Improvement Manager to ensure that good practice is formalised, adopted and sustained throughout the IT Department.
