Service Architect (UK, North West)

Description: My client a professional Services/Legal Organisation based in the North West are in the process of rapidly expanding their IT department due to continued success. As an Organisation they understand how important IT development is in order to help them grow.

They currently have a brand new opportunity for a Service Architect who can propose and organise improvements to a service in regards to people, documentation, infrastructure and communication to resolve business problems.

As a Design Architect you will be responsible for identifying potential service-based solutions to business problems taking into account:

• The people, process and structure challenges to solving the problem
• The requirement of service, availability, security and incident management.
• Financial consideration
• Department and vision

As a Design Architect you will have the following experience:

• Project Manager - liaises with stakeholders, manage scope, issues and risk. Create documentation
• Supplier management - Provide assistance in the development and review of contracts and agreement with third party suppliers
• Identifying Solutions - Working strategically to propose solutions to problems
• Planning and Organising - Drives performance against deadlines and milestones.
