Server Operations Analyst (UK, London)

Description: Our top 100 global law firm client is recruiting a 3rd line Server Operations Analyst/Infrastructure Analyst on a permanent basis. The role is to provide complete infrastructure management, configuration and project work for the global infrastructure, working closely with the three analysts within the team.

Duties will include documentation of managed systems, providing continuous evaluations/improvements and resolving complex issues escalated from the service desk teams. The role will also include full management of the core Windows infrastructure, AD/Exchange domains, virtualised VMWare, Veritas NetBackup environment and Blackberry, Citrix applications:

• 3rd Line Support calls
• Management of the Windows 2003/2008 server infrastructure environment
• Active Directory and Exchange 2003/2007 domain
• VMWare virtualised environment
• Citrix application delivery and support
• Projects related to new developments of systems managed
• Network support.
• SAN/NAS storage support

Candidates must come from a similar sized (400-1000 users) company, ideall law firm/legal / professional services or have a blue chip organisation background.

This role will suit candidates with experience as 3rd line server analyst, Infrastructure Analyst, Server Support Engineer, Infrastructure Analyst, Wintel Engineer.
