Description: Our client is a well known US law firm with offices in London office. The firm is urgently seeking a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator. The firm is a globally recognised market leader for its litigation and international arbitration services, and its team of lawyers is one of the most highly regarded in the City.

The Senior Litigation Support Coordinator will take a key role in the firm’s ongoing success by:

  • advising the firm, its attorneys and its clients on preferred methods of organising its practices and matters in litigation / dispute resolution, and engaging in the delivery and management of litigation technological solutions
  • identifying and assisting in technology implementation to further the cause of clients in specific matters and the firm and/or its practice groups in broader group-wide initiatives
  • addressing the automation needs of legal teams by reviewing existing practices and the market in order to ensure the optimum litigation support services technologies and tools are being used
  • training personnel in litigation tools and processes and preparing manuals or other training materials

In order to secure this role, our client is looking for the following qualities:

  • sound working knowledge of litigation support specific software tools such as Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, and image capture and viewing systems (e.g. Opticon, IPRO)
  • understanding of all areas regarding electronic document discovery • significant experience with legal technologies, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • superb communication, client service and organisational skills, a strong team ethic and the ability to handle high pressure situations
  • German language skills are desirable
