Senior Litigation Support Analyst (UK, London)

Description: Our client, a Global Law Firm based in London, is currently seeking a Senior Support Analyst to work within their Litigation Support department.

You will be required to liaise with legal staff to agree requirements, design appropriate solutions and identify, track and resolve project issues.

Candidates must have a good knowledge of Ringtail or other comparable litigation support tools (Relativity, Concordance, Kroll Inview, or Summation etc). Specific knowledge of the following is also essential: knowledge of PDF, Experience of using SQL, Access and Excel to manipulate data.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills as you will be providing complex technical information to a wide variety of people from lawyers and paralegals to suppliers and clients.

You will ideally have previous experience working within a legal environment. Must be flexible to work out of hours as and when required.
