Description: Project Manager - varied responsibility for application development projects, infrastructure projects (upgrades, roll-outs, integration) and business change. Experience required: Full lifecycle project management, strong communication and influencing skills, strong stakeholder management skills, mix of software development and infrastructure projects, 3rd party / supplier management experience. Experience of project management methodologies/techniques such as Prince 2, PMP, Agile etc. The successful candidate will have a proven record in full life cycle project management, working closely with the business, application development teams, infrastructure teams and support teams. Projects will vary in size - from one or two large projects, to a portfolio of several small - so experience of managing multiple projects concurrently is essential for this position. This role will be integral in building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties throughout offices internationally as well as responsibility for the day-to-day operational aspects of projects ensuring resources are managed effectively and project budgets are managed tightly and accurate. This is a reputable firm with a fantastic work ethic, and although this is effectively a stand-alone role it will enable the successful candidate to be a part of a forward thinking and expanding company. We are looking for experience gained within a professional services environment (Legal, Insurance, Banking, Accountancy, Consulting etc), as well as a confident and willing attitude towards work. |
