Description: Our client is a leading supplier of expense management systems globally and has a vast client base within the Legal sector. The company provides professional service companies the ability to recover the cost of their office disbursements such as telephony, scanning and printing. The opportunity has now arisen for a Professional Service Analyst - with SQL experience to join the technical support team. The Professional Service Analyst - with SQL experience role will require the successful candidate to work within the support team on software installations to clients either remotely or at client sites depending on the scale of projects. You will have knowledge and strong experience in: SQL Ability to write queries Manipulate Data Networking Skills Microsoft OS Ideally knowledge of .Net Technology Knowledge of Crystal reports is desireable but not essential Key Elements of the role: Working within the Project team planning new systems implementations Implement and manage technical installations at new clients Test and review new products, Experience of SQL Upgrade Software & Hardware at existing sites Train Users & Technical staff on usage & Administration of the systems This position may require some travel to client sites. The role is paying between £30,000 to £33,000 + bonuses + mobile phone + 20 days holidays + BUPA cover for family + travel allowance (monthly oyster card zones 1 & 2).
