Description: My client, a Legal Organisation based in the North West, are in the process of rapidly expanding their IT department due to continued success.

As an Organisation they understand how important IT development is in order to help them grow. They currently have a brand new opportunity for a Infrastructure Engineer who can be responsible for managing live services that require proactive and reactive interventions.

As an infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for 3rd line support taking responsibility for incidents and requests: Take responsibility for configuration planning, problem management. Provide high-level technical guidance requiring infrastructure based service improvements Help produce technical designs and specifications to achieve business requirements. As an Infrastructure Engineer you must have extensive experience with Active Directory and Exchange along with the following skills and qualifications: MCITP or equivalent level of technical certification Proven experience of managing Email and Directory services. Success as a representative manager or availability manager.
