Infrastructure Analyst - Wintel & Network Communications (UK, London)

Description: Picture More is working closely with a well regarded law firm, to identify suitable candidates for a vacancy within their close-knit infrastructure support team.

The role will cover all areas of infrastructure - the Wintel estate, communications infrastructure and associated products. This will include 3rd line support and technical projects - infrastructure solution design, implementation/upgrades/migrations etc

Experience required (in addition to general windows server / Wintel infrastructure support):

• Experience of installing, configuring and managing a Cisco network, in particular 6500 and 3700 series switches. The ideal candidate should be familiar with creating and maintaining Cisco configurations, undertaking network monitoring and deploying switches. CCNP accreditation would be an advantage
• Experience of managing, upgrading and maintaining a VoIP telephone system, ideally Mitel
• Very strong Active Directory 2008 and Exchange 2010 skills (migration from AD2000 and Exchange 2003 is underway now)
• Up to date Citrix skills
• Experience of managing and monitoring a virtual infrastructure and SAN
• There may need to be assist in the Office 2010 and Windows 7 deployment

Project pipeline:

• New office - complete fit out of a green field site - completely new network infrastructure
• New offsite DR site with replicated virtual servers and storage area network
• Citrix upgrade and rebuild (for remote access)
