Description: Helpdesk Analyst role - 1st/2nd line, service desk and desk side, customer service. * Strong technical support experience, ideally within a Microsoft environment. * Windows 2003/XP, MS Office suite 2003, Active Directory, Blackberry * Excellent customer service skills To provide 1st and 2nd line telephone and desk side technical support to users. Logging, tracking and resolving calls and providing Hardware, Application and Network support to a global client base. Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills. To work for an international Law Firm based in Central London. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a Law Firm or a similar professional services company.
