eDiscovery Applications Consultant / Litigation Support (UK, London)

Description: Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an Applications Consultant to provide client support to Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments, including recommendations on electronic discovery, compliance, auditing and general document reviewing techniques and search creations.

You will provide high quality training to clients on applications either onsite or via remote web conferencing tools and you will also be responsible for managing multiple projects from a client perspective in order to meet their document review needs.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in application support and possess working knowledge of the processes of litigation, ideally with emphasis on E-Capture, e-discovery, Zprint, Ipro, Concordance, Ringtail, Document Production, Document Management and experience with the litigation support application LAW 5.0.

You will possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will have previous experience of providing training, both remotely and onsite and be flexible to work out-of-hours as and when required.
