Description: Our client is a leading international supplier of E-Discovery solutions to the legal and professional services sectors. Part of a major international software company, it is going through a period of sustained growth both in the UK and internationally. To support this growth, the company is now looking to hire two further Solutions Consultants with experience within the E-Discovery arena.
The roles will involve the following:
- Delivering effective product presentations to technical, non-technical, and C-level audiences
- Training the technical staff of our Service Providers
- Participate in regularly scheduled status meetings with our Partners
- Support partners by providing client demonstrations and training
- Delivering end user and administrative focused training to non-technical and technical audiences
- Assisting sales account managers in preparing RFP responses
- Maintaining ongoing post-sales relationships including installing product upgrades
- Responding to urgent partner operation requests
You will need the following experience:
- Solid balance of technical and sales skills
- Highly reliable self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability work with minimal supervision
- 5+ years of experience in a technically oriented, pre/post-sales, customer-facing role: Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, etc.
- Experience with the E-Discovery landscape and EDRM model
- Experience of the litigation support market and/or eDiscovery tools
- Technical proficiency installing and administering Windows based applications and Microsoft Windows Server
- Proven track record in delivering value based presentations and demos to prospects and customers
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe
