Farrer select market leader Copitrak

Top 100 London law firm Farrer & Co have selected the cost recovery market leader Copitrak for their disbursement management and chargeback, along with their advanced scan workflow. Farrer’s key drivers for the project included tight integration with its new MFD’s, an advanced scanning workflow into Opentext, along with the reduction of paper waste and security risks around printed documents.

After much due diligence with the usual suspect’s Farrer & Co selected Copitrak as they excelled in all categories.

Farrer & Co Head of IT, Neil Davison commented on the reason he choose Copitrak: "We need to properly understand and have better visibility of our copying, printing and scanning costs and Copitrak allows us to do this quickly and simply with an intuitive interface that will help with adoption and minimise training. In addition, the advanced scanning system will allow us to manage the scanning process ensuring everything ends up in the proper repository, that is the DM system, rather than email. Finally, the secure, follow-me printing solution gives us more control over printing which should result in less wastage."
