BigHand for BlackBerry and iPhone Increases Productivity and Reduces Costs for King & Gowdy

BigHand, the market leading voice productivity technology developer in the global legal and professional services sector has today announced that King & Gowdy Solicitors has upgraded to BigHand digital dictation workflow technology and smartphone Apps.

Replacing the firm’s incumbent standalone dictation system and analogue tapes with BigHand software has enabled King & Gowdy to increase productivity, substantially reduce support costs and improve document turnaround times.

BigHand’s advanced mobility Apps for iPhone, BlackBerry and Android™ smartphones enable fee earners to record dictation or instructions, attach files and instantly submit to secretarial support or speech recognition, from any location. BigHand removes the delays in document production associated with standalone and tape dictation equipment, and helps to improve client service.
