DocAuto launches their consulting services arm

DocAuto, a leading provider of software solutions to the global legal community, announced today the launch of their Consulting Services arm to complement their complete product suite. “We have always provided a certain level of support to our customers,” states Jeff M. Johnson, Vice President of Marketing, DocAuto.
“Working in the legal industry for almost fifteen years, we see the opportunity as a natural growth area for us. Our Services Team’s first and foremost goal is to ensure that our clients achieve optimum value and efficiencies from their DocAuto products through our consultative approach. Our implementation Best Practices go well beyond product installation to ensure maximum effectiveness within a client’s e-mail management environment.”
The team has been actively working on projects since the first of the year with several key clients. They hit the ground running by providing the expertise, ease and flexibility DocAuto customers expect.
