World Software Corporation®, the company behind the award-winning Worldox® Document Management System (DMS) software, today announced that Worldox has scored the highest among its competitors in the 2010 Law Technology News Technology Vendor Satisfaction Survey, conducted by ALM Legal Intelligence. Worldox bested its DMS competition in 8 out of 9 categories and had the highest overall average % for vendor satisfaction. Also, Worldox/Web Mobile attained top marks in the Mobile Tools/Devices/Services category.

According to the Survey, notable wins for Worldox where the software performed markedly higher than competitors (in some cases 30% higher) were in the areas of Brand Reputation (98.1%), Ease of Integration into Firm’s Workflow (92.6%), Features and Functions (90.7%) and Price for Value (87%).

In the Mobile Tools/Devices/Services Category, Worldox/Web Mobile was frontrunner in Brand Reputation (91.7%), Customer Service and Responsiveness (91.7%), Features & Functions (91.7%) and Price for Value (91.7%).

Worldox is a five-time winner of Law Technology News’ Gold LTN Award for Document Management, and its parent company World Software was also recognized in the ILTA 2009 Technology Survey as one of the top 3 organizations which "have done an outstanding job in terms of product quality, support and pricing during the past 12 months."

World Software President Ray Zwiefelhofer was ecstatic to see Worldox and Worldox/Web Mobile shine in the ALM Survey. He remarked, “We are extremely proud to have achieved such high marks from our most important constituency: our customers. Worldox and Worldox/Web Mobile are an essential resource to thousands of law firms worldwide, and clearly our dedication to customer satisfaction has had a strong impact on the legal community.”

“This survey, the only one of its kind in the industry, was developed based on feedback from IT and information services professionals across the legal market,” said Kevin Iredell, vice president, ALM Legal Intelligence. “We believe these rankings provide a unique and objective review of technology vendors, products and services, as viewed by their current and potential users."

The “2010 Law Technology News Technology Vendor Satisfaction Survey,” provides data on product usage and satisfaction across 25 key technology categories. Survey results are based on responses from a nationwide sample of more than 500 participating senior individuals involved in recommending or purchasing legal technology products for law firms. The study was conducted during the first quarter of 2010 by ALM Legal Intelligence, a leading source of business intelligence for the legal profession.
