Nextpoint Announces Per-User Pricing Packages in Cloud Platform

Nextpoint logoTiered Pricing Model Provides New Alternative to Gigabyte Pricing In Cloud Preservation, Discovery Cloud and Trial Cloud Products

Nextpoint, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of cloud-based technology products to law firms and corporate law departments, announces the introduction of user-based, tiered pricing packages for Cloud PreservationTM, Discovery CloudTM and Trial CloudTM products, starting as low as $15 a month per user.

User-centric pricing tiers meet customer demand for more flexibility and scalability in discovery and litigation technology purchases.

Nextpoint’s custom pricing packages include a varying number of users, data hosting/storage and service levels, allowing customers to choose the pricing plan that best fits their organization and immediate technology needs. As always, Nextpoint includes native file processing, image generation, OCR, stamping and common export formats at no additional charge. Nextpoint will continue to offer $25 a month per gigabyte pricing for all products at the customer’s discretion.

"Nextpoint is taking on the major challenge electronic discovery poses to our justice system: the exorbitant cost associated with managing the data," says Rakesh Madhava, Nextpoint CEO. "We believe in pricing our products so that everyone—from solo practitioner to large-scale, multi-national law firm—can deploy the best technology available to them, and pay for only what they need. Our new pricing gives all customers a freedom of choice. It also allows users to scale up their technology spend incrementally as their needs increase.”

Nextpoint will be showcasing its new user-based pricing at the ACC Annual Meeting on October 23-27, 2010 in San Antonio, TX.
